3/4 cup corn break/muffin mix
2 t. seafood seasoning
4 catfish filets (6 oz. each)
Combine the corn bread mix and seafood seasoning in a resealable bag. Add catfish filets, one at a time, and shake to coat. In a large nonstick pan coated with cooking spray, cook filets for 5-6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
